She managed all the renovations and kept us posted with progress and hiccups of any. Her suggestions were on the spot and super helpful. We were amazed at how the house turned out. We got an offer of $20K above asking even before the house went on market and closed 2 weeks earlier than expected. She took great pictures and video and marketed the property very effectively. I thought the listing price they mentioned was higher than we could possibly get but I was wrong. We had an offer within three days after listing for $11,000 over asking!
